DONATIONS?

As a small family business, we promote and support other local, small businesses with a focus on prioritizing kid-preneurs.

We currently have two non-profit organizations that we support throughout the year. 1.) “Chase's Chance”, is an organization founded and operated by a eighteen-year-old young woman.

We also donate $100 in the form of gift cards each year. These cards are donated to four separate businesses or non-profit organizations requested by current STMB customers and other business affiliates in $25 increments only.

We do not donate baked goods.

WHY ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE DESSERTS NO LONGER ON THE MENU?

It certainly should not be a surprise to anyone today that the supply chain shortages and the inflation rate we are experiencing this year have been extremely taxing for everyone, including big businesses, small businesses, families, and individuals. The supply chain shortages we, at Savor the Moment, experienced at the height of the pandemic pales in comparison to the costs of inflation today. Businesses small and large are having to make significant changes in their prices, inventories, and services to stay afloat. One of the major changes that we decided to make was to reduce our menu options. We have done this for two reasons. First, a lot of ingredients and packaging supplies we use in our day to day operations have become increasingly scarce. Second, the cost of ingredients have doubled, and in some cases, tripled and for few key items, quadrupled. The cost of many of our staple ingredients like eggs, butter, cake flour, and packaging to name a few have increased significantly. Understanding that our market will only support incremental price increases, we have decided to reduce our menu options and focus on our top five most popular desserts. We will continue to carry ALL 13+ crunch cheesecake options. We may occasionally bring back a few desserts that are in our top ten most popular desserts, but for right now, we are focusing on our top five. After experiencing inflation and supply chain issues as a small business owner and as a consumer, I have learned to be much more uderstanding and patient with other businesses that are having to increase prices and make adjustments to survive. I am asking our customers at Savor the Moment to please extend this same courtesy to our staff when you discover that a dessert you're looking for is no longer available. ARE WE STILL TAKING CUSTOM ORDERS?

We no longer design custom cakes, but we do offer custom cupcakes for your special event. If you need a wedding or custom cake, we would recommend reaching out to some talented local bakers through Gate City Cake Club on Facebook!!

DO WE OFFER KETO, GLUTEN-FREE, OR SUGAR-FREE DESSERTS?

No. For Keto & Gluten-Free desserts, we highly recommend our friends at Oh Goodness Bakery. They can be reached via email and/or Facebook.

DO WE OFFER SPACE TO RENT FOR EVENTS?

Sorry, we no longer offer that service.

ALLERGY CONCERNS?

Our products are made in an open kitchen that uses eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. Cross contamination is a possibility.

DO WE SELL WHOLE CRUNCH CHEESECAKES?

A whole cheesecake equals 8 slices. We still sell them individually, but we package them in a box with the toppings on the side. They range from $70-$80 depending on the flavors you choose.

WHEN WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Orders are ONLY confirmed after we receive payment!!

  1. Once we complete a phone or email consultation, email us your name, email address, and special instructions.

  2. We will send you an electronic invoice.

  3. If you have not received it within the hour, please check your spam folder or give us a call.

  4. Once you open your electronic invoice and make your payment, we will receive an email alert confirming your payment.

  5. Once we receive your payment, your order is confirmed.

*Please note: your electronic invoice will expire within two (2) hours of delivery on the day it is emailed to you. If your invoice expires, your order is NOT confirmed, and you will need to call us to check availability.
