Position: FOH Bakery Assistant

  • Responsibilities:

    Position: BOH Bakery Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating high-quality desserts? We are seeking a Back of House (BOH) Bakery Assistant to support the preparation, assembly, and presentation of our signature Crunch Cheesecakes® and other desserts. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of cheesecakes, toppings, brownies, and other desserts

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality control standards

  • Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed

  • Help with inventory and maintaining organization in the storage and stock areas

  • Support the baking and prep team with daily production goals

  • Ensure all products meet company presentation standards before serving or display

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 20–25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed

  • Must have at least 1 year of food service or kitchen experience

    Compensation: Most entry-level jobs start at $10.00-$ 12.00 per hour. Pay increases are determined after a successful 60-day probationary period with no callouts or SOP violations.

Signature Beverage Curator

Savor the Moment Dessert Bar is seeking a creative and hospitality-driven Signature Beverage Curator to help shape and grow our expanding beverage experience.

We are currently in the early stages of developing our specialty beverage program, which includes espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, and a growing collection of elevated zero-proof mocktails designed to complement our signature desserts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up. The Signature Beverage Curator will craft beverages, introduce new drink ideas, create thoughtful dessert and beverage pairings, and help guests discover the perfect drink to enjoy with their dessert.

If you enjoy experimenting with flavors, presenting beautiful drinks, and helping create memorable guest experiences, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute creatively while helping grow a signature beverage program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality espresso beverages including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee, and specialty drinks
• Craft visually appealing zero-proof mocktails and signature beverages
• Curate and introduce new seasonal beverages that complement Savor the Moment desserts
• Create thoughtful dessert and beverage pairings that enhance the guest experience
• Host monthly tasting experiences to introduce guests to new drinks
• Engage guests by recommending beverages and sharing the story behind the menu
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation standards, and recipe consistency
• Keep beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with ingredient inventory and beverage supply management

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience required
• Experience with mocktails, specialty drinks, or bartending techniques preferred
• Comfortable working with espresso machines and beverage equipment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong hospitality skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
