We even have free parking for your guests.
Social Room Event Rental Agreement
This Event Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Savor the Moment, LLC (“Venue”) and the undersigned Event Host (“Host”) for rental of the Social Room located at 124 N. Davie Street, Greensboro, NC 27401.
Host & Event Information
1. Rental Details & Inclusions
The Host is reserving exclusive use of the Social Room for the times listed above.
Rental includes what is specified in the chosen package or hourly rental only.
Unless a package is purchased, the Venue does NOT provide:
Ice
Water (bottled or pitchers)
Cups, plates, napkins, utensils
Serving supplies
Food setup
These items must be supplied by the Host.
Tables, chairs, speaker, and use of the Smart TV can be reserved by using our add-on services link.
2. Outside Food & Dessert Policy
Outside savory food is allowed (catered or self-provided).
Outside sweets and desserts are prohibited unless Host purchases an Outside Dessert Pass.
Outside Dessert Pass
Must be purchased before the event for $50.
If outside desserts are brought in without prior approval, a $100 non-compliance fee will be charged to the Host.
All outside desserts must remain inside the Social Room at all times and may not enter the main dessert bar under any circumstance.

3. Guest Conduct & Use of Space
To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for team and guests:
Guests must remain inside the Social Room except for brief restroom use.
No lingering, smoking, or gathering outside entrance doors.
No in-and-out traffic through the building.
No entry into other parts of Savor the Moment.
Music must remain at an appropriate volume.
No alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons.
Decorations may not damage walls, ceilings, or fixtures. (No glitter, confetti, or open flame.)
Host is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Damages
All fees must be paid prior to the event.
Host is responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Failure to follow this Agreement may result in additional charges, early termination of event, or refusal of future bookings.
All events purchases are non-refundable.
5. Agreement & Signature
By typing your name below, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to abide by all terms in this Agreement, as well as the policies listed on www.savorthemomentbakery.com/rental.
