But our most defining chapter began at the start of the pandemic, when we were forced to pivot from traditional wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and custom-event baking into something completely new.

During that difficult season, we created what would become our signature product, our Crunch Cheesecakes®. What began as a creative solution quickly grew into a community favorite, helping our business survive and eventually thrive through one of the most challenging times for small bakeries.

In January 2024, after years of perfecting the recipe and building strong customer demand, we were awarded the official U.S. Trademark for Crunch Cheesecakes®. That milestone wasn’t just a win for our business, it was confirmation that we had created something truly unique, meaningful, and worth protecting.

Now, we’re ready for the next evolution of the brand with the launch of our Crunch Cheesecake® Premium Parfaits, a 10-ounce, upscale, ready-to-enjoy dessert layered with smooth sundae cream, generous chunks of our creamy baked cheesecakes, premium toppings, and a golden baked cookie crumble.

This dessert was born right here in the Triad, built with community, love, legacy, resilience, and entrepreneurial grit. Your support helps us take this local favorite to the next level to expand our footprint, grow our impact, and give more people a chance to experience something truly special.

Each 10-ounce parfait is handcrafted with our delicious signature sundae cream, generous chunks of our creamy baked cheesecake, premium toppings, and layers of our golden baked cookie crumble, creating an upscale, ready-to-enjoy dessert you won’t find anywhere else.
